What is included in the cost of rent?

Rent at Latitude at River Landing includes access to a one-of-a-kind apartment in Coralville and all the amenities that our community has to offer. You’ll also get premium cable, high-speed internet, an in-unit washer & dryer, and the utilities below:

  • Water
  • Trash
  • Sewer
  • Snow removal

Electricity is billed separately to each resident.

Do apartments come furnished?

Yes! The apartments at Latitude are fully furnished from day one. Furniture may vary by floor plan, but most apartments come with the features listed here

What’s an individual lease?

Unlike traditional leases where multiple residents sign a single lease and pay one lump sum of rent, individual leases allow each individual resident to sign their own lease, thereby making them responsible for their personal rent payment. Only the individual resident’s name needs to be on each lease.

What’s a guarantor?

In lieu of having a cosigner on your lease, we may ask that you have a guarantor. Guarantors are a third party, often a parent or guardian, who ensure the timely payment of rent.

Is there a security deposit?

At Latitude at River Landing, we require an application fee as well as a one-time administration fee to cover normal wear and tear on each apartment. There is no security deposit required. For questions regarding pricing and deposits, please contact our leasing office!

Do you offer roommate matching services?

Need roommates? Whether you’re just one roommate shy of locking down the floor plan you want at Latitude, or one person looking to meet new people, we can help you fill your unit with roommates who fit your criteria.
 
We offer a roommate matching service that takes into account information like your habits, your sleeping schedules, and other preferences to match you with the ideal roommate for you. We give you options so you have the freedom to choose your new roommate! Contact our leasing office for details on roommate matching.

Do you allow pets?

Your furry friends are absolutely welcome at Latitude at River Landing! We know they are like family, so we make sure they feel right at home with you in your new Coralville apartment.

Can I have guests?

Absolutely. We would love if your friends and family came and visited you at Latitude. We simply request that you accompany your guests while they visit you to help ensure the safety of your fellow residents.

What security is available?

Latitude at River Landing has a state-of-the-art security system that includes electronic keycard access to all entrances in the community, round-the-clock video surveillance, and a 24-hour on-site emergency presence. We also have secure parking and a bike room for your belongings.

Is there parking?

Yes! We offer secure covered parking to our residents. Reach out to our leasing office for pricing and availability.

Who can access the amenities?

Our exclusive community amenities are available to residents of Latitude at River Landing and their approved guests.

How much is rent?

Rent prices depend on floor plans, size of units, and other factors. For specific inquiries regarding rent prices and floor plan availability, please reach out to our leasing office.

What happens if I have a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests can be filed online with our online Resident Portal. You may also submit a request in person or over the phone with our leasing office.
